Pallishree delivered a brilliant all-round performance to emerge as champions of the NCC Baby League 2025–2026, presented by KidZ by ZEE5, after defeating Patuli Cricket Academy by a massive 73 runs in the final.
Winning the toss and opting to bat first, Pallishree put up a commanding total of 155/1 in 10 overs. The innings was powered by a brilliant knock from Souvik Ghosh, who remained unbeaten on 77 runs off just 32 balls. He was well supported by Spandan De, who smashed 65 runs off 28 deliveries, forming a formidable partnership that set the tone for the match.
In response, Patuli Cricket Academy struggled against Pallishree’s disciplined bowling attack and managed 82/6 in their 10 overs. Md. Mehrab Molla and Bed Bijay Roy led the bowling effort with two wickets each, while Ayan Chaubey contributed with a key wicket and maintained excellent control.
